I. Function introduction
This equipment is used for automatic production line for cup type mask (typical models such as N95 mask), equipment whole volumes expected, multilayer non-woven cloth, dissolve spray cloth, non-woven fabric roll cuttings after hot pressing molding, melt-blown fabric cold pressing molding, ultrasonic welding fusion, finally masks trimming molding, automatic foam, automatic thermal bridge of the nose, ear with automatic welding, automatic screen printing the finished product.
The machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, main conveyor belt adopts imported servo motor transmission, accurate transmission, stable control, adjustable speed.
