The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAL/A, nitride treatment, low noise, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The barrel is cooled by air and heated by the cast aluminum heating ring. Equipped with automatic temperature-controlled switchboard, digital display intelligent temperature-controlled instrument, contactor using Siemens appliances, frequency conversion speed regulation.
