The automatic quilt cover folding machine can complete the automatic production of disposable non-woven quilt covers, including ultrasonic sealing, forming, roller cutting and finally folding and forming. The equipment can be used as a large folding machine

We can produce sleeping bag or quilt cover products according to the needs, change the size and model, adjust the production of single or double products, just need to change the parameters on the PLC touch screen, convenient, efficient, and simple operation
The process flow
2 rolls of raw materials unwinding → longitudinal ultrasonic sealing on both sides (one of which leaves a vacant section unsealed)→ cutting and binding → transverse ultrasonic sealing → longitudinal folding → longitudinal W-shaped folding → transverse cutting → transverse folding for three consecutive times → delivery of finished products.
