Characteristics of the capsule shell production line

it mainly consists of five aspects:

Passing percent

The passing percentage of the capsules on the product line by ray detector should be 90% according to the glutin hard capsule for medical usage——GB13731-92. (This index is a synthetical result that can be achieved only with the condition of eligible glutin, air-condition and skilled operation)

Compatibility percent

The compatibility percent of the eligible capsules of the product line on the requirements-met filling-in machine shouldn’t be lower than 98%.
